At Vault Comics, we want you to be fully satisfied with your apparel and accessories; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and items are in their original, unwashed condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer or a sturdy box, ensuring the packing slip is included inside.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
